We each see our lives through our own unique lenses. Who you are, what you do, and how things happen for you are distinctively yours. This uniqueness extends to how we experience challenges. Your traumas and "not-so-good" experiences are personal to you, forming a narrative that is uniquely yours.
Everyone has goals, even if they focus on the tiniest details of existence. For some, it might be as basic as "Am I alive?" "What do I have to eat?" or "Will I have enough to eat?" When we face our challenges and focus closely on the immediate issue, we can see the problem in great detail. However, this close-up view can cause us to miss the broader environment in which the problem exists.
Conversely, if we zoom out, we gain perspective on the proximity of the issue to other aspects of our lives. While the outer world might become a blur, we can better understand how our challenges fit into the bigger picture. Our personal stories, challenges, and experiences are often influenced by the perceptions of others. A closed mind can prevent us from living a full life.
By zooming out and viewing our challenges from a broader perspective, we might realize that our problems are not as significant as they seem. In the grand scheme of things, the worst that can happen is not the end of the world. By adjusting our perspective, we can gain clarity and find ways to navigate through life's difficulties.
