About me
My journey gave me the compassion to be able to listen to other people, and the big emotions we all face. Different stages in our lives bring different challenges. When we start off in life, we might need help choosing a partner. Later, help with our careers, fertility and children.
Other curveballs like ADHD, death, anxiety, depression and COVID can hit us. We all deal with things in different ways and it helps to verbalise our thoughts in a safe space that frees our minds from overthinking. I feel passionate about mental health.
I have been working as a Counsellor in private practice for more than 20 years. I have been part of an executive team in a Private Medical Practice since 2017 where I have been working with a General Practitioner and Psychiatrist. I am an Accredited Member of the NCS, ACC, and PTUK.

PTSD - When we go to the hairdresser we are sometimes disappointed by the outcome. We might feel overwhelmed. This could be the case in life as well. We might feel overwhelmed and we might have been experiencing severe trauma. Trauma can make us scream, cry or even run.
