- We all need time to make sense of our emotions.
- MeTime is a safe place for children to share their feelings and emotions.
- MeTime is fun-filled online sessions conducted by a professional. They will engage in fun activities guiding them through challenging emotions.
- Children attend art, drama and piano - why not a playdate with a purpose!
- Girls sometimes need time to work through all those BIG emotions.
- How about signing your daughter up for an adventures journey exploring these emotions in a safe space?
Discovery session

Initially, we will have an online discovery session and it will take about 20 minutes. It will be a session to introduce and share the exciting things we are going to do!
One-to-one sessions

One-to-one sessions
- Your child will have one-to-one fun MeTime sessions on a weekly basis.
- Each session lasts 40 minutes.
- In the comfort of your own home - no travelling. Children are already used to online school via Zoom.

- MeTime sends out a new box each month, alongside supporting activities like a book, craft projects with supplies. These activities will be used in the one-to-one sessions.
- By using these activities and books your child will have the opportunity to explore BIG emotions in a safe space and together with a profession look at possible ways of handling difficult challenges and situations.
